2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds will be processed based on the specific terms mentioned in the signed service agreement.
  • Partial Refunds: If the service has already commenced but is not completed, partial refunds may be issued for the unutilized portion of the service. This is subject to review by our team.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Payments for services such as consultations, audits, or completed deliverables are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of submission.
  • Approval and Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Service Delivery Delays: If delays are caused by Ennem Marketings and no resolution is provided within a reasonable timeframe, clients may request a refund for undelivered portions of the service.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
